Summary

Nonconformist religious groups were notably active in the pageant movement. This is an example of a pageant held in association with a Baptist church in Peterborough. Other Baptist pageants were held at ???. It was a very small affair, and performed just once. Its focus was entirely on the history of the church, the centenary of which the pageant was celebrating.
