Scarborough Exhibition Announcement
Exhibition: Scarborough Historical Pageant
Scarborough Art Gallery, 12 September to 10 October 2016
We are pleased to announce details of our forthcoming exhibition at Scarborough Art Gallery on the Scarborough Historical Pageant of 1912. This is staged in association with our project partners the Scarborough Museums Trust (SMT) and the Scarborough Archaeological and Historical Society (SAHS).
The exhibition tells the story of the one of the many large historical pageants in the Edwardian period. It contains a wealth of information and photographs, as well as reproductions of pageant costumes and life-size figures from the historical pageant. There will also be the chance to sing along with the ‘Song of Scarborough’, which was specially written for the pageant of 1912.
Details on how to find Scarborough Art Gallery can be found here:

Opening hours Tuesdays to Sundays 10am to 5pm.
Please note that the gallery is closed on Mondays.
